Evidence will be presented before a judge to support laying criminal charges for the following:

Jeff Parkinson is laying charges against two OPP officers. Gary McHale is laying charges against 1 OPP officer and 3 Native Protesters.

If the judge agrees then he signs the criminal charges against these people and they will have to appear in court to answer to.

How did your private prosecution hearing go Gary?

Did the Judge toss it out as frivolous and vexatious?

Seems not too many private prosecutions see the light of day unless there are charges laid by the police.

I look forward to an update on this as it goes directly to your credibility as a supporter of free speech and law and order.

Judge signed criminal charges against Camille Powless - I believe she must appear in court this coming week to respond to the charge.

Charges against OPP officer require us to get additional information.

Charges against one native person could not be heard at this time.

A charge against third native person was for assaulting a OPP officer - that one the crown argued that the OPP should lay the charge.
